The biggest lack for Los Angeles between Berlin is a reliable and efficient public transportation system. The lower two pictures is part of the shortest underground travel with only three stops. The U55 goes Brandenburger Tor(Monument in the heart of the city) to Bundestag(The front of the Parliament) to hauptbahnhof(The Train Station). Why was it made? to connect the goverment offices more efficiently. Most all locations tell you when the next one arrives. Los Angeles would be a greater city with more efficient public transportation.
